Set your server password after installation!

Here's How:
Once the server starts, right click it's icon in the task bar, choose "preferences". You'll see a "password" section in the preferences dialog box. Fill that in with a password of your choice. When you run Anywhere Photo on your phone, you'll be prompted to enter that same password.

Open Windows Firewall Ports

Windows users may find that they can't transfer files even though the sever is running. Generally this is because the Windows firewall is blocking your iPhone or iPad from connecting. First you need to find the port number on which the Anywhere Photo server is listening. For additional security, Anywhere Photo server will start listening on a random port number.
To find that port number:
  • Right click the Anywhere Photo server taskbar icon.
  • Choose server info.
  • Note the number listed after the "Port:" label, this is the port number on which the server is listening.
Be sure to allow both TCP and UDP traffic.
